Gaurang Bhatt

Gaurang Bhatt has spent more than 35 years helping Indian businesses use technology properly. His work has covered accounting software, ERP and CRM systems, business reporting, cloud migration and software licensing.

He is the founder of Gaj Data Solutions LLP in Mumbai, where he implements ERPNext and CRM systems, builds Power BI reports on clients' own data, and helps businesses move to the cloud. He uses AI tools in his own work, and helps clients find routine tasks, such as drafting, data clean-up and reporting, that AI can handle safely.

He is not an AI scientist, and he doesn't write computer programs. His view is that of someone who has watched many ordinary businesses adopt new technology: shop owners, traders, accountants, salespeople and office staff.

Ask AI the Right Way is his first book. It was written the way it teaches: with AI as an assistant, and the author checking every page.
